The Seniors of OPERA M<\/strong>: Strategic Heart and Guide in the Mission<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Seniors are the central support of OPERA M<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

They are constantly in contact with each other, participate in spazio + spadoni initiatives, and contribute to the specific formation of the other levels of the OPERA M<\/strong> structure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

They are required to be trained in “missionary work” and the Works of Mercy. They collaborate with the founder in defining the content and methods to be used for spreading the message of OPERA M<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Carlo Andorlini<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Date and Place of Birth<\/strong>: 1967 FlorenceCarlo Andorlini was born in Florence in 1967. He develops socio-cultural innovation processes in territories through the use of approaches, tools, and methods related to community work that operate on the “relational potential” that is unused or underutilized among organized systems, citizens, and institutions. Today he is an adjunct professor at the University of Florence in the degree course “Design and Management of Social Interventions” at the Cesare Alfieri School, a member of the National Office of Civil Economy of Legambiente and of the National Technical-Scientific Committee, a member of the National Council of the Third Sector representing Local Autonomies for the Tuscany Region, and scientific director of several territorial welfare development processes (particularly cultural welfare, proximity welfare, and community welfare in various national territorial contexts). He collaborates with Third Sector organizations, public entities, and foundations (in Tuscany, Liguria, Trentino-Alto Adige, Lazio, Umbria, Piedmont, Emilia-Romagna, Marche). He is on the national organizing committee of the “Biennale della Prossimit\u00e0” and a member of the Biennale Research Area. In the publishing field, he is co-director of the “Newfabric” series by Pacini Editore of Pisa; he is on the editorial board of “Rivista impresa sociale” and on the editorial board of “Animazione Sociale”.

Date and Place of Birth<\/strong>: 12\/15\/1947 Firenzuola (FI)Claudio worked from 1969 to 2004 at the Romagna Occidentale Land Reclamation Consortium, which succeeded the Alto Santerno Basin Land Reclamation Consortium upon its dissolution in 1991.From 1975 to 1995 he was continuously a City Councilor of Firenzuola, serving as Councilor, and from 2004 to 2009 as Mayor.He still participates in the Mugello Alpine Choir, of which he is also a Board Member.From 1996 to 2000 he was a Councilor for the National Confederation of Misericordie of Italy. For many years he was part of the Magistrate of the Misericordia of Firenzuola until he served as Governor from 2015 to 2023. It was in 2021 that his relationship with spazio + spadoni began, when the Misericordia of Firenzuola offered to welcome Sister Maria from Nigeria and train her as part of the HIC SUM project, becoming an Ambassador.Today, Claudio is part of the Seniors, namely those who define the content and methods to be used for spreading the message of OPERA M<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Sergio Mura<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Senior, Resident of spazio + spadoni, Ambassador, Speaker<\/p>\n\n\n\nDiscover<\/a>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Date and Place of Birth<\/strong>: 09\/30\/1961 LuccaBorn in Lucca in 1961, where he lives and works. Always active in the world of volunteering, he currently holds the position of Director of the Arciconfraternita di Misericordia of Lucca and member of the Board of Directors of the National Volunteer Center, after having held various positions in different organizations and having been President of the Volunteer Service Center for two terms. Alongside his passion for the history of Lucca and medieval and religious history, he pursues photography and collecting. He has organized several exhibitions concerning sacred iconography, of which he is a collector.Sergio is part of the Seniors, namely those who define the content and methods to be used for spreading the message of OPERA M<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Date and Place of Birth<\/strong>: 05\/02\/1957 Borgo San Lorenzo (FI)He was a teacher of physical education at the IIS Chini in Borgo San Lorenzo, recently retired. Trainer for teachers for the USP of Florence.Specialist handball coach, UEFA-FIGC football instructor, CONI Tuscany Technical Coordinator, Trainer for the Tuscany Sports School 2008-2012.In the past, member of the Diocesan CP of Florence, catechist, animator of the parish summer camps, member of the Misericordia of Borgo San Lorenzo, of which he was Provveditore from 2011 to 2020.He was a representative of the Florentine Misericordie in the Diocesan Council of Florence.Together with his wife Donatella, he was on mission in Ivory Coast, in Bonua, in May and November 2016.He began his journey alongside spazio + spadoni, becoming an Ambassador of the HIC SUM project.
