    6. The data will be stored for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which the data were provided; the data will be stored in a form that permits identification of the data subject for a period of time no longer than necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or subsequently processed, after which they will be deleted, without prejudice to their transformation into an anonymous form.
    7. The personal data provided will not be processed in order to carry out an automated decision-making process.
    8. In the event that the personal data provided must be processed for purposes other than and in addition to those indicated above, the Data Controller will provide information regarding this different purpose and any further relevant information.
    9. Data processing will take place using appropriate methods and tools to guarantee its security (Articles 24, 25, and 32 of EU Reg. 679/2016) and will be carried out through computerized and non-computerized processes (paper archives), to which technical and organizational measures will be applied to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk, so as to ensure on a permanent basis their confidentiality, integrity, availability, and the resilience of processing systems and services.
    10. We inform you that data processing will be based, depending on the case, on specific legal bases provided for by EU Reg. 679/2016 (the specific legal bases for each data processing carried out will be reported in each information document published on the website). In general, each User/Visitor is free to provide their information by sending it to the data controller through the contact details on the website (https://spaziospadoni.org/) and/or by filling out specific data collection forms on the site (“forms”); in the latter case, failure to provide certain data could, depending on the case, make it impossible to carry out the activities requested by the User/Visitor (in particular, see “mandatory fields” within the information collection forms).

      The data controller does not currently carry out data processing falling under the obligation to appoint a “Data Protection Officer”, as detailed by Articles 37-38-39 and Recital 97 of EU Regulation 2016/679.
    12. The Data Controller also informs that:
      • The data subject has the right to request from the Data Controller access to and rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing concerning the data subject or to object to processing as well as the right to data portability (Art. 15, Art. 16, Art. 17, Art. 18, Art. 20 of EU REG. 679/2016); by exercising the right of access, the data subject has the right to obtain confirmation from the controller as to whether or not personal data concerning them are being processed, while the exercise of the right to portability allows the data subject to obtain from the data controller their personal data in a structured, commonly used, and readable format or the transfer of said data from the original data controller to another (cf. WP 242 of 13.12.2016);
      • The data subject has the right, where the processing is based on Article 6(1)(a) or Article 9(2)(a), to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal;
      • If the data subject believes that the processing of personal data, carried out by the data controller, violates the provisions of EU Reg. 679/2016, they have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent Supervisory Authority, as provided for by Article 77 of EU Reg. 679/2016 itself, or to take judicial remedies (Article 79 of EU Reg. 679/2016).
      • The data subject has the right to be informed by the Data Controller, who must do so without undue delay, of a personal data breach likely to result in a high risk to the rights and freedoms of natural persons (Art. 34 of EU REG. 679/2016).
