The Saint Gemma Parish Community, in the Archdiocese of Lucca, is composed of eight Parishes, namely: Camigliano, San Colombano, Segromigno in Monte, Segromigno in Piano, Tofori, Sant’Andrea in Caprile, San Pietro a Marcigliano, Valgiano.

The community takes its name from the saint from Lucca born in the village of Camigliano, where the Birthplace House still stands, cared for by the Missionary Congregation of the Sisters of Saint Gemma, whose Mother House is a few meters away.
The community of Saint Gemma is a living community, made up of many diverse volunteer organizations, all involved at various levels in the parishes and in promoting initiatives that involve the population, fostering a solid and collaborative social fabric.
The Saint Gemma Parish Community is part of a broad charitable and solidarity network belonging to the Archdiocese of Lucca.
