We receive a lot of material and our editorial team tries to do everything possible to check and publish the content received.

If it's been a really long time and you haven't received any email response, try sending the material again.

We cannot publish copyrighted material without specific permission.

It is therefore not possible to insert, for example, texts, book chapters, homilies taken from printed texts or even scanned pages from books or magazines without having had explicit authorization. It is, for example, possible to insert content covered by a Creative Commons license, respecting the terms of that license.

In any case, if the contents that will be sent are covered by copyright (including Creative Commons licenses), you will have to cite the source and attach the documentation to demonstrate that you have the authorization to publish these contents on Mission.

If you want to send us content, first make sure that there are absolutely no photos or full names of people you do not have permission to distribute. All this to avoid privacy issues.

However, it is best to leave only the first names, without the last name, and it is also important to limit the number of photographs that portray them as much as possible.

In any case, for all the contents that will be sent, the author confirms that all obligations have been fulfilled regarding the collection of consents and authorizations for the use of the image of the subjects portrayed and regarding the acquisition of licenses for the use of third-party contents inserted in the works.

Given the usually large size of video files, the best way is to upload it to an online storage service (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.) and send the download link via this form.

The images you attach must have these characteristics:

• JPG or PNG format
• ratio of 3:2 (e.g. 800×600 px)
• max 72 dpi
• weight not exceeding 2 MB

Textual content can have simple formatting (e.g. bold or italic). While it is mandatory to have a title and a subtitle.

We recommend writing the text in Italian or English, we will take care of the translation into other languages.

However, we do not assume responsibility for the quality of the translation.
