Nicole Kusinza Sifa, born on January 16, 1994 in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (Bukavu), graduated in Pharmacy from the Official University of Bukavu. For several years she worked as chief pharmacist at Skyborne Hospital in Goma. Before the war, Nicole was working at Boldness Medical in Goma, a private facility for quality control of medicines and other medical devices. With the war, the facility was destroyed and is no longer operational. In addition to her profession, Nicole has been involved in promoting education on the proper use of medicines, the fight against counterfeit medicines, and access for vulnerable people to basic medicines. Nicole is registered on the list of pharmacists of Congo. She is married and the mother of two children.
