A Capuchin Friar Minor born in 1975, he spent almost 20 years as a missionary in Alto Solimões, in the Amazon region on the border between Brazil and Peru. Travelling often by canoe, he reached 70 villages, sharing the lives and simple faith of the Indigenous people. Originally from the Varese area, he returned to Italy in the summer of 2025.
