Economist and historian of economic thought. With a keen interest in biblical studies, ethics and literature, he is an expert on religious congregations, volunteering and purpose-driven organisations. He is Full Professor of Political Economy at LUMSA and Visiting Professor at the Sophia University Institute in Loppiano. Together with his colleague Stefano Zamagni, he promoted and co-founded the SEC – Scuola di Economia Civile. He is Coordinator of the Scientific Committee of “The Economy of Francesco”, which is encouraging young people worldwide to reflect and develop proposals for a change in the economic and social paradigm.
