Born in Parma in 1980, he is the fifth of six children and a Xaverian missionary. After entering the seminary in Parma following his diploma as a surveyor, in 2003 he joined the Xaverians, where he took his vows in 2007. He became a priest in 2012. He spent 10 years on mission in Cameroon, working in youth missionary animation. Since 2018 he has been in Italy and in September 2025 he will leave for the Xaverian mission in Chad.
